2013 Day of Caring involved 40 volunteers and over 300 pounds of veggies given to
the Community Table and the St. Francis Food Pantry! Thanks everyone!!!

Welcome to the Eau Claire Community Gardens
Forest Street

The Eau Claire Community Garden on Forest Street is a collaborative effort focused on empowering urban residents with the vision, knowledge and experience needed to grow their own food. We offer 64 Rental Gardens and another half-acre Shared Garden which is run jointly by volunteers who share in the work and harvest.

While the Forest Street garden is dedicated to working with all Eau Claire community members, we are particularly aware that many residence in our community face financial hardship and food scarcity issues. With that in mind we partner closely with the Eau Claire Community Table, WIC (Women Infants and Children) and like minded non-profits by donating thousands of pounds of food every year to supplement their services.

2017 Rental Plots are AVAILABLE!
Click here to renew or apply for a plot. Prior plot holders in good standings have first choice for the plots they hold.
